Lourdes Crosby-García
Rooted in her community, Lourdes knows that thriving neighborhoods provide opportunities for personal growth, create a sense of belonging for our kids, and help each other out in times of crisis.
Lourdes is an active volunteer in the City of Casselberry, helping families prepare for hurricane season and organizing neighborhood watch groups. In 2024, Lourdes was recognized by the Casselberry Police Department for her engagement with their work to keep our streets safe.
Lourdes Crosby Garcia currently serves on Casselberry’s Planning and Zoning Board, reviewing development proposals and working to keep the local community informed about land use zoning updates. Like nearly 40% of Casselberry residents, Lourdes rents her home, and understands the unique challenges renters face as the cost of living continues to skyrocket.
Lourdes is committed to making affordable housing options more accessible, keeping Casselberry a safe place to raise a family, and building a vibrant city that offers a plethora of eateries, businesses, parks, and free events at Lake Concord. Her dedication reflects a lifelong belief that strong communities are built through service, connection, and a shared commitment to one another.

Utility Costs
In February 2026, the City of Casselberry raised utility costs with no accommodations for residents on a fixed income or low-income families. Lourdes will fight for fair fees for everyone, not blanket policies that hurt our most vulnerable communities.
Community Developement
As a member of the Planning and Zoning Commission, Lourdes understands the need to support local businesses along 436 and champions responsible community growth. She will explore options for safer, multi-family housing options that address the rising cost of living.
Public Safety
Lourdes prioritizes community safety and quality of life. She will seek resident input as Casselberry modernizes the city code to address technological advances and changes in resident needs across our city.
